As a child from 10 to 15, I rode motocross. In 2012, a fire accident led to rehab, and I continued self-rehabilitation. Realizing my lack of flexibility and speed, I began home workouts, including pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. To improve, I explored various sports like swimming, Kung Fu, and ballet. Recognizing connections between disciplines, I expanded into Taekwondo, Jeet Kune Do, boxing, Thai boxing, and diverse activities such as bouldering, gymnastics, expressive dance, salsa, and bachata. In 2019, I spent a month in China refining my Kung Fu and Wing Chun skills. Since 2020, I've shared my knowledge as a full-time coach, participating in camps and workshops to continually evolve. I help people grow beyond their limits and unleash their full potential through regular sports and movement.
